The State of Maine is requiring all towns to accept marriage licenses using an on-line computer service. This on-line service requires more detailed information to be entered. This new on-line service is time consuming and will now require residents to make an appointment with the Town Office to apply for a marriage license. Please call the Town Office well in advance of when you plan on getting married so that this license application process can be scheduled and completed in time for your event.
